For our Salmon Sushi Bake, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1 pound fresh salmon, skin removed
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Nori sheets, cut into strips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear.
  2. Cook rice with water; boil, then simmer for 20 minutes and let sit for 10.
  3. Mix salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, cream cheese, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  4. Spread cooked rice in a baking dish and layer salmon mixture on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden.
  6. Garnish with avocado, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
