A delightful pull apart bread infused with fresh rosemary and garlic, perfect for sharing!

  • Total Time: 60

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • Mix in the melted butter, salt, and garlic. Gradually add the flour, stirring to form a dough.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while the dough rises.
  • Once risen, punch the dough down and divide it into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
  • In a small bowl, mix the rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Roll the dough balls in the mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Arrange the coated dough balls in a greased loaf pan. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter before serving.
  • Enjoy your Rosemary Garlic Pull Apart Bread fresh from the oven!
