Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the green beans, snap off the ends, and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the green beans and add garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes; toss to coat.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the beans and roast for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
