Ingredients

  • 1 pound of mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish)
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (Gruyere or Parmesan work well)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and dry the seafood.
  3. Sauté garlic in melted butter until fragrant.
  4. Mix seafood, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat heavy cream, stir in half the cheese until melted.
  6. Layer seafood mixture in a baking dish, pour cream sauce over, and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs mixed with butter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
