- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (washed)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese (or American cheese)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional (BBQ sauce or ranch dressing for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Drizzle olive oil on the grill or skillet and place the patties on. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each patty to melt.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the slider buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble your sliders: place a beef patty on each bun, then layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and blueberries on top.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce or ranch dressing if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
