  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup crushed Oreos (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  • Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer, then dollop the remaining brownie batter on top. Use a knife to swirl the two layers together.
