Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (button or cremini work well)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook ravioli according to package instructions (3-5 minutes).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
