Ingredients

- 1 pound of fresh ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (button or cremini work well)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook ravioli according to package instructions (3-5 minutes).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Drain ravioli and toss in the sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
- Fresh ravioli cooks quickly, so keep an eye on it!
- You can substitute other types of pasta if desired.
