  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  • Open the package of crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  • On each triangle, place about a tablespoon of the cream cheese filling at the wide end.
  • Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, making sure to seal the filling inside.
  • Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  • Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each crescent roll for a beautiful golden finish.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
  • Once baked, let them cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
