- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the raspberries.
- Open the package of crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
- On each triangle, place about a tablespoon of the cream cheese filling at the wide end.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, making sure to seal the filling inside.
- Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each crescent roll for a beautiful golden finish.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
- Once baked, let them cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
