- 1 package croissant dough ((8 oz))
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries ((or frozen, thawed))
- 1 egg for egg wash
- optional additional powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles. Place a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Add 2-3 raspberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly toward the point. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the tops of the rolls for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. They should smell incredible!
- Let them cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
