- 1 cup strawberries (hulled and halved)
- 1 cup pineapple (cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup orange segments
- Wooden skewers (about 6-8 inches long)
- Optional: yogurt or chocolate (for dipping)
Instructions
- Start by prepping all your fruits. Wash them thoroughly and cut them into appropriate sizes.
- Take a wooden skewer and begin threading the fruit onto it, alternating colors and types of fruit.
- Repeat the process until all the fruit is used up, aiming for about five to six pieces of fruit per skewer.
- Arrange your kabobs on a platter and drizzle some yogurt or melted chocolate over them before serving.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate them for up to an hour before serving if you want them chilled.
