Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and mix hashbrowns with butter, salt, and pepper; press into a greased pie dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Whisk together eggs and heavy cream in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the crust is golden, layer cheese and bacon on top, then pour the egg mixture evenly over.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set and golden; let cool before slicing.
