Instructions
- Start by cutting your bread into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch each.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, protein powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray or melt a bit of butter.
- Dip each bread cube into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well-coated but not soaked.
- Add the dipped bread cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and keep warm in a low oven while you finish cooking the rest.
