  • 1 package of frozen potstickers (about 12-15 potstickers)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook frozen potstickers for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas; stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds, then pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, adding red pepper flakes if desired.
  5. Remove from heat, top with green onions, serve hot, and enjoy!
