- 1 package of frozen potstickers (about 12–15 potstickers)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook frozen potstickers for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas; stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds, then pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through, adding red pepper flakes if desired.
- Remove from heat, top with green onions, serve hot, and enjoy!
