A delicious twist on a classic, combining the flavors of pizza with gooey grilled cheese, perfect for any meal!

  • 2 slices bread
  • 23 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • optional diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice of bread butter side down in the skillet.
  • Layer cheese and pepperoni on top of the bread.
  • Spread ranch dressing on the other slice of bread and place it on top, ranch side down.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice, and serve with extra ranch.
