- 2 slices bread
- 2–3 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter
- optional diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter side down in the skillet.
- Layer cheese and pepperoni on top of the bread.
- Spread ranch dressing on the other slice of bread and place it on top, ranch side down.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice, and serve with extra ranch.
