Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the honey and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, ground pistachios, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
  • Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
