Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
- Sauté the diced bell peppers and chopped onions until soft.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer sautéed veggies, cooked sausage, and cheese in the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
