- 1-2 teaspoons chili flakes (adjust for spice level)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple and cucumber.
- Add in the chopped red onion and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Let the salad sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
