  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding ((instant or homemade))
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Fresh pineapple chunks (for garnish (optional))
  • Mint leaves (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions or your homemade recipe. Set aside.
  • Now, it’s time to layer! Start by adding a layer of crushed pineapple at the bottom of each glass.
  • Next, spoon in a layer of vanilla pudding over the pineapple, followed by a layer of whipped cream.
  • Repeat the layers until you reach the top, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for that classic pie crust flavor.
  • If desired, garnish with fresh pineapple chunks and mint leaves.
  • Chill the parfaits in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully!
