- 1 can crushed pineapple ((20 oz), drained)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla pudding ((instant or homemade))
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Fresh pineapple chunks (for garnish (optional))
- Mint leaves (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions or your homemade recipe. Set aside.
- Now, it’s time to layer! Start by adding a layer of crushed pineapple at the bottom of each glass.
- Next, spoon in a layer of vanilla pudding over the pineapple, followed by a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for that classic pie crust flavor.
- If desired, garnish with fresh pineapple chunks and mint leaves.
- Chill the parfaits in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully!
