Delicious Philly cheesesteak stuffed cheesy breadsticks, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet for about 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Combine steak and vegetables, cook for 1 minute, then stir in provolone cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangular shape about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Cut dough into rectangles, fill with steak and cheese mixture, fold, and seal edges.
  6. Brush with beaten egg and preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Bake on parchment-lined sheet for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
