Delicious Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks filled with ribeye steak and melted cheese, perfect for snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • Butter, for brushing
  • Optional: Italian seasoning for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Sauté diced onions and bell peppers in olive oil until tender.
  2. Add ribeye steak, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; cook until browned.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Place steak mixture on one edge of the dough and top with cheeses.
  5. Roll the dough over the filling, seal edges, and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  6. Brush tops with butter, optionally sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the filling or on top before baking.
  • These breadsticks are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
