  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
