- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup sliced olives (black or green)
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the pesto evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the pesto.
- Add your toppings: scatter cherry tomatoes, olives, and bell peppers over the cheese.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top for extra flavor.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
