- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop any additional toppings.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Assemble the quesadilla with one tortilla, cheese, pepperoni, marinara sauce, more cheese, and another tortilla on top.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove, let cool, slice, and serve with extra marinara sauce.
