Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine cubed bread and chopped pecans.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the bread and pecans, folding gently and letting it sit for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
