- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the peanut butter mixture.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips if using.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
