Ingredients
Scale
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk (any kind) (Dairy-free options work too!)
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (Optional for extra gooeyness)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
- Add 3 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- If you’re feeling adventurous, toss in 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips for extra gooeyness!
- Microwave the mug on high for 40-60 seconds. Keep an eye on it as every microwave is different. You want it to rise and look set but still soft in the center.
- Let it cool for a minute, then dig in with a spoon and enjoy that warm, melty peanut butter center!
