  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (like cranberries or raisins)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts, and dried fruits on top.
  • Freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until completely set.
  • Remove from the baking sheet and break into pieces.
