  • For the Donut:
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 large eggs
    • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Cheesecake Filling:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • ½ cup peanut butter
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon milk
  • For the Glaze:
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 3 tablespoons milk
    • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), then mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine them.
  2. Grease the donut pan, fill with batter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese and peanut butter, then adding powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  4. Once donuts are cool, create a hole in each and fill with cheesecake filling.
  5. Whisk together glaze ingredients, dip the tops of the filled donuts, and let them set on a wire rack.

  • Ensure donuts are completely cool before filling to prevent melting the cheesecake filling.
  • Adjust the glaze thickness by adding more milk or powdered sugar as needed.
