Instructions
- Wash, peel, and slice peaches; place in a bowl.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, flour, and vanilla; toss to coat.
- Pour peach mixture into pie crust.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 45 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and almond extract.
- Cool pie, then top with whipped cream before serving.
