Instructions
- Start by washing your peaches and greens. Slice the peaches into thin wedges and set aside.
- Next, slice your mozzarella into rounds. Fresh mozzarella works best for this dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the arugula with the peach slices and mozzarella.
- Add the fresh basil leaves for extra flavor.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
