Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches with granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the softened butter to the oat mixture and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the oat topping evenly over the peach mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.
