- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup fresh peaches (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. This will be your crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Top with the chopped peaches, spreading them out as evenly as possible.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow cooling for at least 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
