Delightfully sweet and creamy bars that combine the flavors of peach cobbler with a rich cream cheese filling.

  • Total Time: 50

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup fresh peaches (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  • Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. This will be your crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
  • Top with the chopped peaches, spreading them out as evenly as possible.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the peaches.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  • Allow cooling for at least 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
