  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the arugula or mixed greens. Place them in a large salad bowl.
  • Wash peaches thoroughly and slice them into wedges.
  • Arrange peach slices over the greens, and tear the burrata into pieces, distributing it evenly.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Finish with fresh basil leaves for garnish.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
