Instructions
- Wash and dry the arugula or mixed greens. Place them in a large salad bowl.
- Wash peaches thoroughly and slice them into wedges.
- Arrange peach slices over the greens, and tear the burrata into pieces, distributing it evenly.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad, and season with salt and pepper.
- Finish with fresh basil leaves for garnish.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
