- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa (preferably chunky)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1 Blue corn tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Start by spreading the refried beans evenly on the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or a similar-sized serving dish.
- Next, layer the sour cream on top of the beans for a creamy texture.
- Then, carefully spread the guacamole over the sour cream layer.
- Follow this with a generous layer of salsa, ensuring it's spread evenly.
- Now it’s time for cheese! Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa.
- Next, add the halved cherry tomatoes for a pop of red color.
- Top with the sliced black olives for some contrast and flavor.
- Finally, add the chopped green onions and cilantro for a fresh touch.
- Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
