Ingredients
Scale
- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Brush each salmon fillet with melted butter or olive oil. This helps the crust stick and adds flavor.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- For an extra crispy top, broil the salmon on high for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
