  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, dredge it in the breadcrumb mix, pressing down to adhere the coating well.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the top for extra crispiness.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
