- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, dredge it in the breadcrumb mix, pressing down to adhere the coating well.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the top for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
