Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Add the milk and stir well to combine.

- If using yogurt, fold it in now for extra creaminess.
- Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture to a jar, and refrigerate overnight.
