- 1 medium head green cabbage
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- fresh parsley to taste for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with the garlic oil mixture.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
