  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • fresh parsley to taste for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with the garlic oil mixture.
  • Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
