  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  • If desired, mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and stir into the sauce mixture.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and coat with the teriyaki sauce.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Prepare your rice or stir-fried veggies while the salmon bakes.
