  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp gelatin (optional, for stability)
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
  • Orange slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  • If using gelatin, dissolve it in hot water and add to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving cups or a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Top with graham cracker crumbs and orange slices before serving.
