- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp gelatin (optional, for stability)
- Graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
- Orange slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- If using gelatin, dissolve it in hot water and add to the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the mousse into serving cups or a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and orange slices before serving.
