  • 2 cups fresh spinach (Or 1 cup frozen, thawed.)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (Minced.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (To taste.)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes (For a kick.)

Instructions

  • Start by cooking your pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta and fresh spinach, mixing everything together until the spinach wilts.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if you enjoy some heat!
