- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (Minced.)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (To taste.)
- Optional: red pepper flakes (For a kick.)
Instructions
- Start by cooking your pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta and fresh spinach, mixing everything together until the spinach wilts.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if you enjoy some heat!
