A simple and flavorful one-pot pasta dish that combines tender beef with a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • Total Time: 30

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a lighter option)
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz pasta (like penne or rotini)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the ground beef to the pot, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer.
  • Add the pasta, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover the pot and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
  • Once cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
