Instructions
- Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear each side for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
- Introduce the cherry tomatoes and green beans to the skillet. Stir everything together.
- Pour the lemon juice over the mixture and cover the skillet. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
