Instructions

  • Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear each side for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
  • Introduce the cherry tomatoes and green beans to the skillet. Stir everything together.
  • Pour the lemon juice over the mixture and cover the skillet. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
