- 2 cups gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh basil (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, add the gnocchi to the skillet.
- Pour in the heavy cream and pesto sauce, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the gnocchi to soak up the flavors.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh basil, if desired, and serve hot.
