- 6 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced (or 4 cups frozen peaches))
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss well and spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peach layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy it warm with a scoop of ice cream!
