  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • Extra strawberries (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  • In another bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  • In serving cups, layer the graham cracker mixture, followed by the cheesecake filling, and top with sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
