- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- Extra strawberries (for garnish (optional))
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
- In serving cups, layer the graham cracker mixture, followed by the cheesecake filling, and top with sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
