Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until creamy.
  2. Add rolled oats, coconut flour, and salt; mix until combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
