Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until creamy.
- Add rolled oats, coconut flour, and salt; mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch pan.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Cut into squares and serve.
