- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup sticks unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest (optional)
- pinch salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie pans or muffin tins to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and salt.
- Fill each crust with the lime filling. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill the mini pies in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until set.
- Once ready, garnish with extra whipped cream and lime slices before serving. Enjoy!
